A supplier might pro-actively share their response with your organization because they updated it recently, they are looking to be considered in a bid event, etc.

If you choose to accept the supplier response, it will appear on your organization's Track dashboard. In cases where you have actively requested a response from the supplier, and the supplier shared an updated version of their response (after accepting the initial request), the supplier update will also appear in the Engage dashboard.
