Industry Questionnaires updates
2026 updates have been confined to the GHG Emissions reporting section. These updates were made such that the newly released Suppliers Energy and Emissions for Engineering Services questionnaire aligns perfectly with the GHG Emissions and Decarbonization Activities sections of the TSP Sustainability practices questionnaire.
While in 2025, the Energy and GHG Emissions questions were grouped by GHG scopes, following feedback, in 2026 TSP reverted to the previous grouping by semantic:
- GHG Emissions reporting
- GHG Emissions Inventory Assurance
- GHG Emissions Target
- Decarbonization Activities
Otherwise, you will notice:
1. The following questions were switched from "an answer is required" to "an answer is optional".
- 8.1 Does your company report total Scope 1 GHG emissions publicly?
- 8.4 Does your company report total Scope 2 GHG emissions publicly?
- 9.1 Does your company report total Scope 3 GHG emissions publicly?
2. The following questions were replaced by more precise questions.

New features
Documents Vault - When you upload a document as supporting evidence for an answer, that document will be available in the drop-down below the *notes* input textarea. You can thus conveniently select that document in subsequent questions where the uploaded document is also used as supporting documentation.
All documents uploaded to the TSP platform for your organization are listed in the Documents Vault. If you need to delete a document, you can do so, but note that deleting documents might lead to broken links in your organization's responses.
Use suggested answer - You will notice some blue icons below a question. When your organization has previously answered a similar question in the past or in another questionnaire, click on the icon that looks like a target to use that previous answer.
When there is an answer present, click the cross icon to clear the answer.
Finally for questions requiring quantitative data (ex: GHG Emissions reporting), you can click on the clogs icon to use the output of the internal calculator when you are using it to track energy and emissions.

Engage/Accessibles/Compare Dashboards

A single dashboard did not suit two major use cases: annual report and sourcing event. Furthermore reporting improvement plans through the TSP improvement planing tool is heavily optional since 2022.
There is now 3 dashboards
- Engagement dashboard to invite suppliers and follow through until suppliers have responded.
- Accessibles dashboard to track all suppliers data an organization has access to, including year-over-year responses as well as responses that were pro-actively shared by a supplier.
- Compare dashboard to compare multiple suppliers responses side-by-side.

The Knowledge Sharing Platform for EUISSCA supplier affiliate members is live!
These are the updates to the environmental sustainability assessments that went live in September 2020:
- added a separate complete step that displays required responses that were forgotten
- separated Targets from Data, metrics tile, and highlighted it by making Targets its own (optional) step
- moved reporting environmental fines to Governance & management tile, and added a column for reporting environmental fines on the suppliers reporting dashboard.
- indicates Targets that are related to an practice when that practice is selected in an improvement plan
- added Value / Benchmark toggle at the bottom of IMPROVE tiles so users can easily toggle between intrinsic value of a practice and implementation rate amongst peers
The short version of TSP assessments to submit alongside a bid to a EUISSCA electric utility member sourcing event (aka RFx environmental sustainability survey) is live!
- pre-populates RFx survey based of responses to the latest TSP assessment
- connects new registered users to their organization based on work e-mail address
2019
The EUISSCA Sustainability Framework is available online for EUISSCA electric utility members.
These are the updates to the environmental sustainability assessments that went live in September 2019:
- introduces a stepper to simplify the assess, benchmark, improve and share workflow
- adds optional Data, metrics and targets to report quantifiable information

The Sustainability Project made 414 environmental sustainability best practices across 29 industry segments publicly available under a creative common license. The practices were identified, gathered and rated through a crowd sourcing process that involved many experts across the energy supply chain network.
